Terms of Service

1. General
VaBeachTech LLC provides managed IT, cybersecurity, and IT support services. By hiring us, you agree to these terms. These apply to all services, whether onsite or remote.
2. Payments & Cancellations
Payment: Due as stated on your invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may be charged in full.
Refunds: All sales are final unless agreed in writing before work begins.
3. Liability & Data
While we take every precaution, you acknowledge that VaBeachTech is not responsible for data loss, corruption, or downtime resulting from hardware failure, pre-existing conditions, or third-party software.
Client Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining valid backups prior to any service unless backup management is part of your contract.
4. Hardware & Software
Hardware: Provided "as-is" with manufacturer warranties. No refunds on installed hardware.
Licensing: You are responsible for maintaining proper software licensing compliance.
5. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. Any access to your systems or data is treated as confidential and used strictly for performing contracted services.
6. Service Limitations
Services are provided "as available." We cannot guarantee prevention of all cybersecurity threats (e.g., zero-day exploits) or outages caused by third parties (ISPs, Cloud Vendors).
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes will be handled in Virginia Beach, VA.
8. Mobile Terms and Conditions
All the below categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
